How It All Started
A few years ago, chance brought together several gaming industry professionals who all shared a common realisation; that the online casino community deserved something much better.
We all knew there were more guides and educational sites out there than you could shake a stick at, but the vast majority were merely cynical, thinly veiled attempts to dupe suckers into spending all their money at dodgy casinos that were offering the best commissions, and that there was precious little in the way of accurate, honest resources helping players navigate what has become a gigantic industry, with thousands of online casinos to choose from.
We also realised that many players were getting frustrated when trying to pursue disputes with casinos – and that these disputes frequently ended up either unresolved, or escalating needlessly due to frustration. What was needed was a way for players with genuine issues to enlist a system designed by industry experts, who understood the way online casinos work, to help them concisely and accurately file a dispute, and then monitor it and liaise with the operator, in a calm and professional way, to help resolve the issue in a timely manner. Furthermore, we understood that this means being totally honest and balanced, and looking at both sides of the issue, from both perspectives, to ensure we could also build a great working relationship with the operators – thus ultimately benefiting both parties.
Doing Things Better
